  • I approach nutrition with an integrative lense, assessing the individual as a whole and addressing the root cause of their issues. I begin by assessing my client’s entire history, from past medical history, family history, life stressors, and diet history. I then address current issues through and create nutrition interventions specific to the individual’s needs. I use the intuitive eating framework and principles to promote long term health, including rejecting the diet mentality, honoring your hunger, challenging the food police, making peace with food, discovering the satisfaction factor, feeling your fullness, coping with your emotions with kindness, respecting your body, choosing movement that is sustainable for your health, and honoring your body with gentle nutrition habits.
