Hello friends, my name is Emily! I have been in your shoes before and I know how intimidating it may be to want to ask for help and not know where to go. There is a lot of nutrition information circulating in the media, and it is my job to make nutrition personalized to you. Whether you are struggling with your relationship with food, ready to break free from the yo-yo diet cycle, or cultivate a better relationship with movement, you are in the right place. Initial Consultation

During this 60 minute session, we will analyze your history, review your current dietary intake, identify nutrition struggles, and develop attainable short- and long-term goals. By looking at you as a whole, we focus on nutrition therapy with a non-diet approach to provide you with the tools needed to be successful in obtaining your balanced nutrition. I will provide nourishing meal and snack ideas, periodized wellness suggestions to improve your overall wellbeing.

Follow-up Consultation

Overall health is not a short-term fix, or else we would all be perfectly healthy! Instead, long-term success begins with foundational nutrition habits that require continued support. In the 30 minute follow-up sessions, we will assess your progress, identify obstacles, and re-assess interventions to assure you on the right path to achieve optimal health.

Follow-up Packages

These sets of 3 to 5 follow-up sessions not only provide you with on-going support to achieve your goals, but allow you to continue to overcome barriers at a discounted rate.
